Vendors must pre-pay for their tables in the dealers room on our PayPal account. VENDORS, PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS FULLY 

VENDORS:

DO NOT GET MORE TABLES THAN YOU HAVE BEEN DESIGNATED TO GET BY THE DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS. A LIST IS PROVIDED BELOW THE INSTRUCTIONS. PLEASE FOLLOW THIS LIST TO THE LETTER.

You have two options for payment: 

Option One is where the vendor pays $30, per table, depending on how many tables have been designated to them by the director of operations. The vendor pays this price, per table, if they are not going to provide an item/s, per table, for the silent auction. The vendor will click on the PayPal “Add to Cart” link designated for the $30 dollar charge and follow the instructions.

Option Two is where the vendor pays $25, per table, depending on how many tables have been designated to them by the director of operations. The vendor pays this price, per table, if they are going to provide an item/s, per table, for the silent auction. The vendor will click on the PayPal “Add to Cart” link designated for the $25 dollar charge and follow the instructions.  

Below is how the the process of providing items for the silent auction will work.

I.E. if the vendor has been designated to have three tables by the director of operations, they must provide three items, one per table for the silent auction. At which point they will pay$25 per table, so the vendor’s total will be $75.

Special Situation:

If a vendor is providing less silent auction items than the tables they have been designated by the director of operations, they will use both payment options.

I.E. if the vendor has been designated to have three tables by the director of operations and they only want to provide two items, one per two tables instead of designated one item per each of the three tables for the silent auction, then they will pay for two tables at the $25 per table price point, then they will pay the other table at the full price of $30 so the vendor’s total will be $80.
